WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - Nico is a sweet, shy boy who’s been at the Jefferson County SPCA since early September.
SPCA board vice president Kim Couch says he’s a bit wary of men and is not great with cats, but he knows tricks and likes to cuddle.

So, the 3-year-old whippet mix needs a quiet home. His adoption fee is $200. The adoption fee may be waived for military veterans.
