Edward A. St. Thomas, 77 of North Lawrence

NORTH LAWRENCE, New York (WWNY) - Edward A. St. Thomas, 77 of 624 County Route 55, passed away Monday, November 13, 2023, at his home.

Edward was born on December 10, 1945, in Massena, son of the late Ray and Anna St. Thomas. He was a graduate of Massena Central School served in the US Air Force from September 9, 1965, until his honorable discharge December 3, 1968. He married Louise (Oney Moulton) on October 7, 2006, in Winthrop.

He worked in the pot rooms at General Motors before owning and operating E&B Bar in Nicholville with his wife, Louise. He then worked at Sealtest Dairy until his retirement. After retirement he went back to work at BJ’s Wholesale Club as a cleaner for six years.

Edward enjoyed watching football and hockey. He loved spending time with family and friends and going to the Casino.

He is survived by his wife Louise; his two children, Michael and Amy St. Thomas; two grandchildren, Katelyn Grace and Cooper; and three siblings, Susie McGregor of Louisville, Ray St. Thomas, Jr. of Massena, and John (Cindy) St. Thomas of Massena, and many nieces and nephews.

Edward was predeceased by his mother and father, Ray and Anna.

Friends may call at the Donaldson-Seymour Funeral Home on Thursday, 3-6:00PM where a funeral service will be held Friday at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at Garfield Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made in Edward’s memory to a local animal shelter.
