WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - It’s a great way to kick off December.
Tim Reddick from the Gouverneur Chamber of Commerce stopped by to talk about the annual Gouverneur Christmas Parade.

Festivities start at 3 p.m. on Saturday, December 2, at the Gouverneur Village Park. The parade itself starts at 5 p.m.
Activities include horse-drawn wagon rides, live reindeer, and, of course, Santa Claus.
